A 1,550 sq ft townhome in The Glades, Panama City Beach — three bedrooms up, open living down, and a short walk to the Gulf. Here is the whole house, floor plan included.

The layout

Two floors, 1,550 square feet. Everything social happens downstairs — the kitchen, dining table, and living room share one open floor that opens onto the patio. All three bedrooms and both full baths are upstairs, so late arrivals and early risers aren't walking through anyone's room.

The walk to the beach

The house sits in The Glades, a quiet residential pocket off Middle Beach Road. The walk to the sand is about half a mile — roughly ten to fifteen minutes at an easy pace, on sidewalks the whole way.

Living and kitchen

The living room is built around a 65-inch Roku HDTV and a double-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen runs the length of one wall with a granite island and four barstools, and the glass dining table seats six — ten in total between the two.

Cooking here is realistic, not theoretical: full-size range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with an ice maker, and an air-fryer toaster oven. Ninja cookware, a waffle maker, and a full set of dishes, glassware, and utensils are all in the cabinets. The coffee bar runs on a Ninja DualBrew Pro — it takes both grounds and K-cups — with a fold-away frother alongside.

Bedrooms and baths

Two full bathrooms upstairs plus a half bath on the main floor. Towels, linens, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and a steamer are all provided.

Outside and the garage

The patio stays shaded all day, which in a Florida July is the difference between using it and not. There's a Char-Broil propane grill and seating out there. The garage holds the beach gear — basic gear, beach towels, and a few toys — plus parking for two vehicles, with overflow parking available. A Level 1 EV charger is on the property.
